Exchange policy
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After this period, we will be unable to process exchanges.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached
The item must not be damaged or altered in any way
Once your exchange is confirmed, we will coordinate with you to arrange for the collection of the item and delivery of the new one, based on availability
Once we confirm that the returned item meets the exchange conditions, we will proceed with the exchange and send out the replacement item(s) to you.
If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution, such as store credit or bank transfer
