Inspection Upon Delivery Policy (No Post-Delivery Returns)

Please note that we do not offer a standard return or exchange policy after delivery. All orders are strictly subject to our Inspection Upon Delivery rule.

1. Inspect With the Courier

You are required to open and inspect your item(s) immediately while the courier is present at your door. You can check the quality, material, and condition of the product on the spot.

2. Refusing the Order

If the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or simply not what you expected, you must hand it back to the courier immediately before they leave. You will only pay the shipping fees (if applicable).

3. All Sales Are Final After Delivery

Once you accept the package and the courier leaves, the transaction is considered complete and final. We strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or complaints regarding damages after the courier has left.
