Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed.
2. Delivery Time & Rates
- We offer a single, reliable shipping method for all orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation message with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update.
4. Delays & Address Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to wrong addresses.
- We are not responsible for unexpected delays out of our control (e.g., severe weather).
5. Damaged Items (Inspection Required)
You must inspect your order while the courier is present. If the item arrives damaged or defective, you must refuse it and give it back to the courier immediately. We strictly do not accept damage claims after the courier leaves.
